  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup cacao powder
  • 0.33 cup collagen
  • 0.125 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions 

  • Add dates, peanut butter, cacao powder, collagen, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until mixture sticks together, about 60 seconds.
  • Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the mixture, then roll into balls.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
