Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Wash, core, and slice apples into thin wedges. Arrange in dish.
Mix melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Drizzle over apples.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized. Stir halfway.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
