Instructions
Season the cod with salt and pepper.
Grill the cod quickly in an air fryer or oven.
Blend roasted green chilli, spring onions, parsley, basil, olive oil, and lemon juice to make the green sauce.
Char the courgettes and mix with the giant couscous.
Plate grains and veg, top with grilled fish, and drizzle with green sauce.
