Instructions
Wash and shred the cabbage.
Sauté diced onion in oil until translucent.
Add cabbage, tomatoes, black pepper, water, and stir.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes until tender.
Add de-seeded Scotch bonnet pepper (optional).
Stir in corned beef, break it up, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve with rice, plantains, or make sandwiches.
Notes
