A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining creamy avocado, banana, and fresh lime for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 medium banana (frozen preferred)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, or dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 handful fresh spinach (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Cut avocado, remove pit, and scoop flesh into blender. Peel and slice banana. Juice lime.
  • Pour milk, lime juice, and honey into blender.
  • Add avocado, banana, and spinach (if using) to the blender.
  • Blend on low for 30 seconds, then high for 60-90 seconds until smooth. Add ice and blend until icy.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use frozen banana and ice cubes.
