A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining creamy avocado, banana, and fresh lime for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

ripe avocado

banana (frozen preferred)
1
cup
milk of choice (almond, coconut, or dairy)

tablespoons
fresh lime juice
1-2
tablespoons
honey

handful
fresh spinach (optional)

ice cubes

Instructions
Cut avocado, remove pit, and scoop flesh into blender. Peel and slice banana. Juice lime.
Pour milk, lime juice, and honey into blender.
Add avocado, banana, and spinach (if using) to the blender.
Blend on low for 30 seconds, then high for 60-90 seconds until smooth. Add ice and blend until icy.
Pour into glasses, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use frozen banana and ice cubes.
