A hearty and creamy one-pan dish combining ground beef, pasta, and vegetables for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes with juices, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add macaroni, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, add shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving.
