Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

Pasta

  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

Broth & Cream

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Sauces & Cheeses

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

Seasonings & Oils

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & Pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large pot, sauté chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, buffalo sauce, and uncooked pasta; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve warm with optional garnishes like green onions or parsley.
