Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, then sauté in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, heavy cream, and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to the sauce, stir in Parmesan, and cook until heated through. Toss with cooked pasta and garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
Optional: Add sautéed vegetables or shrimp for extra flavor.
Notes
For a spicier dish, increase red pepper flakes or Cajun seasoning.
