(not in oil, wash and drain if in oil)

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken/shrimp with 2 tsp Cajun spice, sear until browned, then set aside.
Deglaze skillet with chicken stock, then add almond milk, cornstarch, Cajun seasoning, basil, and garlic; simmer until thickened.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, salt, and bring to a boil; simmer until sauce thickens.
Lower heat, stir in parmesan and cooked protein, then add pasta; toss and warm through.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the sauce simmer longer to deepen the taste.
