A flavorful and creamy pasta dish featuring Cajun-spiced salmon, fresh vegetables, and a rich sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Season salmon with Cajun seasoning and cook in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until smooth. Thin with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, then toss in cooked pasta. Flake salmon into chunks and add to the skillet.
  • Gently toss everything, season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
