Instructions
Season salmon with Cajun seasoning and cook in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan until smooth. Thin with reserved pasta water if needed.
Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, then toss in cooked pasta. Flake salmon into chunks and add to the skillet.
Gently toss everything, season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
