Instructions
Slice chicken into thinner pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then dredge in flour and Parmesan.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Melt butter, add garlic cloves, and cook until golden and fragrant.
Add flour to the garlic, cook briefly, then gradually stir in chicken broth and seasonings to form a sauce.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the skillet, simmer briefly, and serve garnished.
