Instructions
Slice chicken into thinner pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then dredge in flour and Parmesan.
Heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Melt butter, cook garlic until golden, then stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth and seasonings to build the sauce.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
