Instructions
Season chicken cutlets with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden, then remove and set aside.
Sauté minced garlic in the same pot until fragrant, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to the pressure cooker, cook under pressure for 5 minutes, then release pressure.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and high-quality heavy cream.
