This flavorful pressure cooker chicken is coated in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast cutlets (about 1/3 inch thin)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • Olive oil (for searing) Olive oil (for searing)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups Heavy cream (plus more as needed)
  • 1/2 cup Freshly shredded parmesan (plus garnish)

Garnish

Instructions 

  • Season chicken cutlets with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil and butter until golden, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic in the same pot until fragrant, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return chicken to the pressure cooker, cook under pressure for 5 minutes, then release pressure.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and high-quality heavy cream.
