Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 fillets chicken
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 fresh lemon juice ((about 3 tablespoons))
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil or butter until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.
  • Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
