Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil or butter until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan, stirring until thickened.
Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
