A quick and flavorful dish combining tender gnocchi with a creamy pesto sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Gnocchi

Instructions
Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float, then drain and set aside.
Add pesto, goat cheese, minced garlic, and a splash of cooking water to the same pot; melt cheese and mix.
Loosen the sauce with more cooking water, then stir in pecorino, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Add gnocchi back to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Season with salt as needed.
Serve garnished with fresh herbs, extra cheese, black pepper, and lemon zest if desired. Enjoy!
