Instructions
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, cook in olive oil until flaky, then set aside.
Sauté garlic and tomatoes in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and simmer.
Add spinach to the sauce until wilted, then fold in flaked salmon and cooked pasta.
Adjust seasoning, stir in dill or parsley, and serve with grated parmesan.
Notes
