Instructions
Pat the cod dry, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the cod until cooked through and flaky. Remove and set aside.
Add asparagus to the skillet and sauté until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, add garlic, then pour in cream, broth, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Simmer until thickened.
Return asparagus and cod to skillet, garnish with lemon juice, and serve.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the cod to keep it flaky and tender.
