Instructions
Halve chicken breasts lengthwise to ensure even cooking.
Heat oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown on both sides (2-4 minutes each).
Remove chicken, cook garlic, salt, basil, pepper, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, then whisk in cream and corn starch. Return chicken to pan and simmer until cooked through and sauce thickens.
Notes
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan and extra basil for garnish.
