Delight in these soft crepe rolls filled with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzled with melted chocolates for a decadent treat.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 150 g all-purpose flour

Filling & Toppings

  • cups milk
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 100 ml granulated sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 ml heavy cream

Fruits & Garnishes

  • as needed Fresh strawberries
  • as needed Banana slices
  • as needed Ground pistachios
  • as needed Melted milk chocolate
  • as needed Melted white chocolate

Instructions 

  • Prepare the crepe batter by mixing milk, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and flour until smooth.
  • Cook thin crepes on a non-stick pan until golden on both sides, then let cool.
  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread whipped cream on crepes, add strawberries, roll up, and drizzle with melted chocolates.
  • Garnish with banana slices, pistachios, and additional chocolate as desired.
