Instructions
Prepare the crepe batter by mixing milk, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and flour until smooth.
Cook thin crepes on a non-stick pan until golden on both sides, then let cool.
Whip heavy cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
Spread whipped cream on crepes, add strawberries, roll up, and drizzle with melted chocolates.
Garnish with banana slices, pistachios, and additional chocolate as desired.
