Ingredients

Chicken and Cheese

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and warm if needed.
  • Layer cheese on tortillas, add chicken mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
  • Brush outside with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with extra barbecue sauce or sides.

Notes

For extra crispiness, press down gently while cooking the wraps.
