Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Rinse, scrub, and dry potatoes; cut into wedges.
Mix oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; toss with potato wedges.
Arrange wedges on baking sheets, sprinkle with three-quarters of Parmesan cheese, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining Parmesan, garnish with parsley, season as desired, and serve warm.
