Instructions
Place chicken, rice, onion, carrot, celery, and spices in the crockpot.
Pour chicken broth over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Shred the chicken and mix everything well.
Serve warm, optionally sprinkle parsley on top.
