Instructions
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
For Instant Pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery in oil for 3-5 minutes, then add broth and deglaze.
Add turkey, sausage, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning; stir well.
Set to manual high pressure for 20 minutes, then quick-release.
Notes
