Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 2 tbsp butter (cold)
  • 1.5 tbsp strawberry jello powder
  • 1.5 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unflavored oil
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1.25 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 3 tbsp vanilla pudding
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven and prepare cookie dough by mixing flour, butter, jello powder, pudding powder, and cake mix.
  • Form dough into cookies and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Whip heavy cream, cream cheese, vanilla pudding, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Allow cookies to cool, then top with whipped cream mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy your strawberry shortcake cookies!

Notes

For best results, chill the whipped cream before serving.
