Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch pan.
Mix eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Add optional nuts, raisins, or coconut.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 35–40 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Adjust with milk if needed. Spread over cooled bars and slice.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender crumb.
