Enjoy flavorful grilled chicken skewers with a spicy Thai-inspired sauce, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup sriracha sauce

Instructions 

  • Mix chicken with spices, honey, and olive oil. Toss to coat and marinate.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Thai chili, and sriracha to make sauce. Coat half of it on chicken.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with leftover marinade sauce.
  • Preheat grill to high. Grill skewers for 20 minutes, turning and basting as needed.
  • Serve skewers with reserved sauce for dipping.

Notes

Marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
