chicken thighs, cut in 1-inch cubes

mayonnaise
juice of half a lemon
lemon juice

sweet Thai chili sauce

Instructions
Mix chicken with spices, honey, and olive oil. Toss to coat and marinate.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Thai chili, and sriracha to make sauce. Coat half of it on chicken.
Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with leftover marinade sauce.
Preheat grill to high. Grill skewers for 20 minutes, turning and basting as needed.
Serve skewers with reserved sauce for dipping.
Notes
Marinate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
