Ingredients

Large Mushrooms

  • 16 pieces Large Mushrooms (cremini or button) (Use cremini or button mushrooms.)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Can substitute with vegan cream cheese.)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Opt for sharp cheddar for extra flavor.)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Herbs (Mix in fresh parsley or chives.)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Brush over the mushrooms.)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (Use Italian seasonings for a twist.)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush mushrooms with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped herbs, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
  • Return stuffed mushrooms to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
