Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Can substitute with plain coconut yogurt (drain if too runny))
  • 1 cup Self-Raising Flour (For gluten-free, use gluten-free flour blend with 1 ½ tsp baking powder per cup)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt and flour until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll into logs.
  • Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
