A flavorful and cheesy casserole layered with crunchy Doritos and seasoned beef, perfect for a quick family dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 bag (9 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook beef until browned, drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and Rotel. Cook 2 minutes.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Combine with meat mixture.
  • Layer half of crushed Doritos in a 9x13 inch dish, add meat mixture, then top with remaining Doritos and cheese.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or jalapeños.
