A flavorful and cheesy casserole layered with crunchy Doritos and seasoned beef, perfect for a quick family dinner.
Ingredients

taco seasoning

Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained

can (10.5 oz)
condensed cream of chicken soup

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook beef until browned, drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and Rotel. Cook 2 minutes.
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Combine with meat mixture.
Layer half of crushed Doritos in a 9x13 inch dish, add meat mixture, then top with remaining Doritos and cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or jalapeños.
