Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin pan or line with liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mash bananas and whisk in agave syrup, then add egg, coconut oil, and yogurt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
Distribute batter evenly into muffin cups, about 3/4 full. Bake for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool muffins on a wire rack before serving.
