A quick and flavorful dish combining ground turkey with Cajun spices, vegetables, and a rich tomato sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.

ground turkey (93% lean)

bell pepper, diced

diced tomatoes

Instructions
Prep all ingredients: dice bell pepper and onion, mince garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey 4-5 min until browned, season with half of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Push turkey to side, add onion and bell pepper, sauté 2 min. Add garlic, cook 30 sec.
Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, remaining Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Simmer 3-4 min until thickened.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve over rice or your favorite side.
