Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Mix lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper; pour over the fillets.
Scatter cherry tomatoes around the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with lemon slices, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with the lemon-garlic mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
