A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, vegetables, and rice, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Rice and Vegetables

cooked white rice (preferably day-old)

beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced into strips

vegetable oil, divided

eggs, lightly beaten

onion, diced
1
cup
mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, diced bell peppers)

cloves
garlic, minced

green onions
sliced, reserve some for garnish

soy sauce, adjust to taste

oyster sauce (optional, but recommended)

sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Cook beef strips 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
Add remaining oil, scramble eggs until just cooked, then set aside.
Sauté diced onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and cook 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Return beef and eggs, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Stir in sliced green onions, garnish with reserved green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust soy sauce and seasoning to taste for best flavor.
