A quick and creamy beef stroganoff served over fluffy rice, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sliced beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining oil and sauté onions and mushrooms until tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir well, then pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
Return beef to the skillet, stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Cook until heated through.
Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked rice. Enjoy!
Notes
Use full-fat sour cream for a richer sauce, and feel free to add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
