A quick and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties or game day, combining shredded chicken with spicy buffalo sauce and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably cooked in an instant pot or crockpot)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or white cheddar (divided)
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened, optional)
  • 3 green onions chopped green onions

Instructions 

  • Cook and shred the chicken, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, half of the cheese, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and green onions until well combined.
  • Spread mixture into a small casserole dish, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add more Greek yogurt or cream cheese as desired.
