These delicious no-bake protein balls combine peanut butter, protein powder, and chocolate for a quick, healthy treat.
Ingredients
Dough mixture

crunchy peanut butter
(Teddie's Super Chunky)

KOS vanilla protein powder

pure maple syrup

vanilla extract

sea salt (optional)

Instructions
Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt until combined.
Form dough into small balls using a tablespoon or scoop, then place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Freeze for 10-13 minutes until set.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, then place back on parchment. Top with sea salt flakes.
Freeze again for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
