Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 slice bread (e.g., Dave's Killer Bread) (hearty base)
  • 1.5 tsp butter (e.g., Kerrygold unsalted)

Egg

  • 1 egg

Cottage Cheese

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese (Good Culture brand) (for better texture and moisture)
  • 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • to taste salt salt

Chives

  • a pinch chives (finely snipped) (for mild onion flavor)
  • a pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
