Ingredients

Steak Ingredients

  • 450 g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cream Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat

Instructions 

  • Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat.
  • In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
