sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

Cream Sauce Ingredients

heavy cream

freshly grated parmesan cheese

garlic, finely minced
optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat
Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Pour sauce over steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
