A flavorful and hearty beef keema curry that's quick to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

extra lean beef mince

onion, chopped finely

carrot, finely chopped
1
stalk
celery, finely chopped

cloves
garlic, crushed

heaped teaspoon
fresh grated ginger

teaspoons
cumin seeds

teaspoons
ground coriander

teaspoon
deggi mirch Chilli Powder
(or preferred chilli powder)

teaspoon
garam masala
1
teaspoon
turmeric
1
cup
frozen peas

tablespoons
tomato paste

cups
beef stock
(use just 1 cup for instant pot)
to taste
salt and black pepper
as needed
freshly chopped coriander
spray
oil
cooking oil spray (avocado recommended)
Instructions
Spray a pan with oil, cook onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and ginger for 5 mins.
Add beef and cook until browned, then stir in spices and tomato paste.
Pour in stock, simmer for 30 mins until thickened, then stir in peas and season.
Serve topped with chopped coriander and rice.
Notes
For a quicker version, use the instant pot and reduce cooking time.
