  • 4 fillets Fresh Cod Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 lemons Fresh Lemons (for juice and zest)
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • optional Red Pepper Flakes (for heat)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season cod with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish.
