Instructions
Prepare ingredients: dice vegetables, mince garlic and ginger, whisk eggs, measure sauces, and have rice ready.
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
Sauté vegetables and aromatics, then add frozen peas and carrots; cook until tender.
Push vegetables aside, scramble eggs in the skillet, then mix with vegetables.
Add cooked turkey, rice, teriyaki, and soy sauce; stir to combine and fry for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Finish with sesame oil, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
