A quick and delicious dessert combining peaches and cake mix for an easy-to-make treat.

Ingredients

Canned Peaches

  • 29 oz sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour the entire can of peaches into the dish and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Sprinkle cake mix evenly over peaches and press down gently.
  • Place slices of melted butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon evenly.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream when serving.
