Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon for the streusel; add cold butter and rub until crumbly. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
Mix dry ingredients, fold in peaches (reserve some for topping). Whisk eggs, yogurt, and oil; combine with dry ingredients.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, top with remaining peaches and streusel. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool muffins on a rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
