Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease donut pan with olive oil.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients (maple syrup, oil, almond milk, egg, vanilla) and stir until smooth.
Pipe or spoon batter into donut cavities to 2/3 full and bake for 10 minutes. Cool before removing.
Prepare chocolate glaze by whisking ingredients until smooth; dip donuts into glaze. Decorate as desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dry ingredients.
