Ingredients

Meat

  • 2 pounds Sirloin steak (Choose a well-marbled cut for juicy, tender results.)

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (Helps sear the steak to a perfect crust while enhancing flavor.)

Vegetables

  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced for a fragrant, savory boost.)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 cups Bell peppers (Use a mix of colors for sweetness.)
  • 1 large Zucchini (Adds a mild, fresh crunch.)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (Burst with juicy acidity.)
  • 1 medium Red onion (Sliced thin for sweetness.)
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme or rosemary (Adds aromatic herbal notes.)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Stir in at the end for a silky sauce.)

Instructions 

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil over high heat until cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic, red onion, and bell peppers until tender.
  • Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Slice the rested steak, return to skillet, add butter and lemon juice, toss to combine.
