Tortillas
1poundground beef
1packettaco seasoning mix
0.5cupwater
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
0.5cupdiced tomatoes
0.25cupsliced olives
0.25cupsour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into circles and press into muffin tin cups.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
Spoon beef mixture into tortilla cups, top with cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then garnish with diced tomatoes, olives, and sour cream.
