Delicious and easy-to-make taco cups perfect for a quick meal or snack. Filled with seasoned beef and topped with cheese, they are sure to please everyone.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup sliced olives
  • 0.25 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tortillas into circles and press into muffin tin cups.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
  • Spoon beef mixture into tortilla cups, top with cheese, and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then garnish with diced tomatoes, olives, and sour cream.

Notes

For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese and lean ground beef.
