Instructions
Blend garlic, Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth; set aside.
Saute onion in avocado oil until translucent, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add spices and stir to combine.
Serve turkey on lettuce leaves topped with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and crema.
