Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Vegetables

  • 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 large carrot (shredded)

Sauces & Oils

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Fresh Aromatics

  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Green Onions

  • 1/4 cup green onion (diced)

Instructions 

  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned.
  • Add cabbage and carrots; cook until softened, 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil; cook briefly.
  • Add ginger and garlic; cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or sesame seeds.
