Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana banana, mashed
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix mashed banana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  • Add oats and stir until combined, then fold in strawberries.
  • Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set, then cool slightly before serving.
