balsamic vinaigrette

Rotel, drained

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat cod dry and place in a baking dish. Season with salt.
Pour balsamic vinaigrette over the cod, then top with drained Rotel and shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Notes
